The WIPO ACP Rules will be used in the resolution of Internet domain name disputes in conjunction with the proposed global rules for allocation of domain names. Although the WIPO ACP Rules have not yet been finalized, this Note evaluates the most current draft of the WIPO ACP Rules (January 1998) and concludes that the Rules provide a flexible and efficient method for resolving domain name disputes.
