Description: We are pleased to be able to report upon the recent completion of two related, complicated arbitrations under the ICC Rules, on a fast-track basis, within approximately two months from the receipt of the Requests for Arbitration.
This was made possible by the diligence of the parties and the arbitrators and the responsiveness of the International Court of Arbitration.
