Description: In November 2004 delegates from arbitration associations and organizations across Asia and Australasia met in Sydney, Australia to establish the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group (“APRAG”). APRAG is a federation of 23 arbitral institutions in the Asia Pacific region that aims to promote the region as a venue for arbitration and improve standards and knowledge of international arbitration both in the region and generally.
